OUR PROCESS
EcoDreamz runs on clarity, not guesswork. Every step of our virtual process is designed to save you time, avoid costly mistakes, and bring your dream landscape to life.
Start by filling out our quick, strategic form. This gives us insight into your style, priorities, pain points, and goals so we can hit the ground running.
We’ll hop on a live video call with you to walk the property, discuss project details, and get eyes on the site. You’ll show us the space using your phone while we ask the right questions and guide the walkthrough.
Using your questionnaire, photos, and the site meeting, we craft a clear written summary of your goals and our design direction. This document aligns expectations and keeps the project laser-focused.
We request your property survey and supplement it with GIS data, Google Earth, and other mapping tools to understand your site’s dimensions, elevation, and existing features. This gives us the precision we need to design confidently from a distance.
We develop a black-and-white concept plan showing layout ideas, flow, and key features. You review, give feedback, and we revise it with clarity until it fits your vision and site perfectly.
Once approved, we create a fully rendered master plan complete with labeled elements, a plant and material palette, and a rough cost estimate. We compile everything your design vision, concept sketches, final master plan, and cost estimate into a polished digital design package ready to be handed off to contractors or kept for your records.

From there, we offer full virtual design packages to clients worldwide, and in-person support for select projects within 100 miles of Canton, GA, USA. We also travel for high-impact builds across the Globe typically for projects over $250,000, depending on scope.
